Description

The Makita 196256-2 hedge trimmer attachment with quick and easy tool-less installation to both the split shaft engine units. Featuring a twin-sided trimmer blade and multiple angle settings make this is the ideal tool for shaping up and topping hedges and keeping them in pristine condition. The 196256-2 split shaft attachment has a 500mm cutting blade with a tip protector at the end to help keep the blade protected even when working close to paving areas.

The blade completely folds back on itself for easy and safe transportation and storage.

To add the attachment – push the selected attachment into the female connector until it locks into place.

To remove the attachment – press the red button on the shaft and pull the attachment out from the female connector.
