Key to its manoeuvrability is its compact design, two-position palm rest and ergonomically optimised, 18°-angled top handle – a combination that makes it perfect for in-tree work.

Clutch-related chain lubrication means the flow to the cutting-gear is stopped at ‘idle’ to avoid mess and waste*; a side-access chain tensioner and tool-free air filter access work to make routine in-the-field maintenance a breeze.

The Echo CS-362TES Petrol Chainsaw comes driven by a 35.8cc, air-cooled two-stroke engine that outputs a substantial 2hp, and which features Echo’s effort saving ES-Start recoil ignition system.

The engine is Stage-2 Emissions Compliant, so a pleasant working environment is assured. It incorporates a rear-mounted air filter, which combines with G-Force air pre-cleaning to maximise engine service life.

In order to ensure the best possible operator safety, the manufacturers have equipped the Echo CS-362TES with a rapid-stop chain brake, which is triggered in an instant when inertia is detected.
